3. Shipper Responsibilities – Shippers must ensure all cargo is properly packed, labeled, and documented. It is the shipper’s duty to comply with all local and international shipping laws, including customs and import/export regulations.

4. Restricted & Prohibited Goods – Certain items are restricted or prohibited for carriage, including but not limited to:

* Perishable items without proper handling arrangements

* Illegal substances or contraband
SkyJetz Airways reserves the right to refuse or dispose of non-compliant shipments without liability.

5. Customs Delays & Charges – Delays or seizures due to customs issues are not the responsibility of SkyJetz Airways. All customs duties, taxes, and regulatory fines are the responsibility of the shipper or recipient.

6. Insurance – Basic liability coverage is included per standard terms. Shippers are strongly encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value or sensitive shipments.

7. Force Majeure – SkyJetz Airways is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or war.

8. Governing Law – This disclaimer and all services provided are governed by the laws of The United States of America, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the state of Florida.
